ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Schrumpf - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
